Features
Since it's launch, the universal GSU-30 series of grinding machines have been used by many customers. Even now, more than 20 years later, the GSU-30 series is still in use at many job sites thanks to its reliability and performance! The GSU series is now available in a new compact design.
With eight different wheelhead patterns offered, you can combine, plain, angular, and internal grinding options together. Specifically equipped with a high-precision, high-rigidity NC B-axis mechanism to plot and calculate various grinding patterns. The maximum grinding wheel diameter is Φ305mm and is also compatible with CBN and diamond wheels. Ideally configured for machining complex shapes of small die and molds, ceramics, carbide tools, and etc.
The special HSK wheel spindle unit can automate wheel changing. The HSK wheel spindle unit can handle a wide variety of grinding operations without manual intervention, contributing to improved productivity.
